At FF Chicken Mart, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering fresh, hygienically processed chicken. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below.


1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, as raw chicken is a perishable item and cannot be restocked or resold.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or spoiled product

  • Order not delivered

  • Order canceled by us

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or call, along with clear photos or video evidence.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Provide order ID, reason for refund, and supporting evidence (if applicable)

  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours


4. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer. It may take 3–7 working days to reflect in your account.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery

  • Personal dislike or change of mind after receiving correct order

  • Inability to receive order due to wrong address or unavailability at delivery time
