Due to the perishable nature of raw chicken, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, if there is a genuine issue related to product quality, packaging, or incorrect delivery, please report it within 2 hours of delivery for review. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

We follow strict hygiene protocols and handle all products in compliance with FSSAI food safety guidelines. Our chicken is fresh, hygienically processed, and packed with care.
